I found this recipe on the bottom of the lid on a Sabra Hummus container
Brown sausage in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add onion and potatoes. Cook five minutes. Add cabbage, tomatoes, seasonings, and a cup of water. Cook until tender. Serve with a dollop of yogurt and/or a bit of parmesan cheese.
I drink this cold and thin, increasing water to 2 cups. Kale is so healthy, but extracting it can get boring after a while. Spice it up with a small radish or stretch it with baby bok choy. The anise aroma of fennel is tempered by the kale and apple, becoming just an aroma.
Chop veggies
Slice chicken breasts in half
Put all in soup pot (dutch oven) with water to cover
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cook over high heat until rolling boil, then lower to Low heat for 30 minutes.
Add flour and Milk and stir letting soup thicken.
Serve with Buttermilk biscuits!
A Quick to make and healthy filling salad with a scrumptious dressing
A very flavorful vegetarian dish, low fat, full of protein and fiber.

A very unique but simple dish for banana and Gruyere cheese fans. If you don't like either, don't go for it.
