This is an alternative to mayo based tuna salad. Olive oil and lemon juice keeps it light and yummy and the capers give it an unusual zip. play with the seasonings to your taste.

no bread machine needed. makes 1 loaf. nutritional info includes whole milk, but this can be made with skim. you can also use brown sugar instead of honey. if you dough is too sticky, add a little more flour before letting rest.

I wanted to try to make burgers the same way I remember my mother making meatloaf when we were young. I am really impressed with how these turned out and will probably not buy frozen veggie burgers again. This makes a nice big, thick burger.
Similiar to the parmesan crusted with sauce recipe. I think using cream cheese with chives gives more of a flavorful kick!
