This is an easy to assemble and make veggie soup for those of us who have a hard time getting our five servings a day. NOTE: There is more potassium, magnesium, and E than nutrition info shows, but the labels didn't list them except on the tomatoes.

I found this recipe on Pinterest..I wanted to avoid the velveeta and canned soup. This was quick and easy.
I did not add any chicken to this. There is just the little peices from the soup. You could add checken which would change the calorie content.
