Healthier Stuffed Breaded Jalapeņos. You can easily tweak this recipe to your liking. I choose fat-free ingredients for better nutrition counts, but these can easily be substituted.

This is a really easy recipe and it is one of my family's favorites. This recipe is VERY healthy when eaten alone, or you may garnish it with crushed corn chips, shredded cheese, and diced avocado for additional flavor and texture. Enjoy!
