Ingredients

    1 can of corn
    1 can of green beans
    1 can (big) of mushrooms
    1 can of carrots (drained)
    2 cans of diced tomatoes with oregano
    2 cans of 98% ff Chicken Broth
    crushed red peppers per taste
    I usually add some oregano and basil as well.

Directions

Mix all ingredients and cook for about 20 minutes (until it's warm). Makes 6 2 cup servings.
