I created this for myself one morning as a Lap Bander when I wanted something on the go. Perfect protein shake for bandsters that are tight in the mornings and want their coffee and protein all in one drink! Uses the Starbucks Via coffee tubes. If Italian Roast is too strong, you can substitute the Columbian Roast. The Via is not included in the nutritional info because I could not find it online, but I don't believe that there is much of anything in it anyway. If you don't have a Via tube, you can probably use instant coffee granules.

Sure enough - it's only 50 cal per pancake (still enough but far less then the ones tracked). You can add a tbsp of butter to the batch, but I found omitting it would not ruin the recipe.
