Mainly submitted for calculations
Retro Desertâ€"my mom made this with sour cream back in the 1970’s, but I always thought it was excessive and unhealthy. I began to substitute cottage cheese in the 80’s.
Delicious, almost decadent - great as is, with fruit, or as base for ice cream.

Desperately wanting "breakfast" chocolate with real substance, but without artificial/ chemical sweeteners, refined & high-calorie sugars or syrups , refined white flour, or loads of coconut oil and butter.
The butter is included for nutritional calculation only because grains we used were cooked with butter :)
This homemade chicken sausage contains no night-shade spices; Use the seed spices (fennel, nutmeg) only as tolerated.
A great treat when eggs are reintroduced!
Dense and somewhat "eggy" with deep carob flavor -- quite a treat on Easter morning!

Perfect OCCASIONAL treat that fits all guidelines of ADAPT Phase 1 food list.
Entered mainly for nutritional calcuations. Interesting and flavorful combo for brunch.
Very nice chowder, low carb, (no potatoes) can add a little ham if desired but of course this will add considerable sodium and fat.
I adapted this from a website online. You can substitute any vegetables, cheese, and herbs that you like and have on hand.
This is an old (not healthy) recipe that I have been making for church every week for years because everyone loves it. I wanted to see exactly how many calories were in a serving. Surprising to me it wasn't as high high as I would have guessed. I am going to be on the lookout for healthy alternatives that will also get rave reviews because I love to cook for people.
