preheat oven to 325, grease 8x4 loaf pan. beat together zucchini, carrots, sugar, honey, and egg. in another bowl mix dry ingredients and lemon zest. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the zucchini mixture, add walnuts. pour batter in loaf pans. Bake for about 55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and then remove from pan and cool on rack.
Bacon, cheese, and pizza dough.
Roll out pizza dough. Chopp up bacon and shred cheese. Spread bacon and cheese over dough and roll up. with water pinch together seam. Slice into 12 equal slices and place on cooking pan. Cook for 20+ minutes or until tops are browned. Enjoy!

Dice 1/2 long English cucumber (with peel)
Mix mango and cucumber in medium size bowl
Squeeze the juice from one lime over the fruit
Add: Dash of salt and 1/4 tsp (or more) dill spice
Mix into fruit.
Prepare 1 cup cottage cheese
Cover with mango and cucumber dish. Enjoy!
