This is a quick weekday recipe for a busy Vegan or someone inspiring to be Vegan (which would describe me.)
You can add baked tofu to this, and I will include the step for that. I am not crazy about tofu or any faux meat so I do not include it, but many people would prefer for their recipes to have more protein.

If you are doing Atkins later phases it is relatively low carb when you deduct the fiber from the total carb count.
I am allergic to fresh fruit, but, these are 2 fruits I can eat. So I indulge myself.
These taste just like cinnamon sugar doughnut holes. Yummy, but they are baked not fried and not the high amount of calories of regualr doughnut holes.
