This is a full fat version of the best banana bread ever. I will be working on a whole wheat low cal version today.
I love these cookies cause you can add or take away the "optional" stuff to fit your tastes. And you can use any kind of flake kind of cereal. I have used Raisin Bran and Honey bunches of oats (which is a favorite with my family).
I had a taste for some chocolate chip cookies but wanted to make them some what better for you. So I took a box of Dr. Oetkers Organic choc chip cookie mix and substituted greek yogurt for the butter, added protien, fiber, flax and pecans. My 7 and 5 yr old LOVE these.
I add Greek yogurt instead of butter or oil to many muffin/cookies or brownie recipes.

This just like the old staple of pudding, vanilla wafers, and banana. I just made it with skim milk, sugar free pudding mix, and fat free cool whip. I personally made 3 servings out of it which were a really good bowl size, but if you put it in cute little dessert cups, you could definitely get 6 servings; so it's really up to you. Very delicious and a nice treat!
