Big Tree Farms. Batter is diabetes friendly. Not sure about the chocolate chips!
Mini Cupcakes to satisfy your chocolate craving while being free of: Gluten, Dairy, Nuts, and Guilt. Plus, just for good measure, they are virtually sugar free as well! My favorite sites for inspiration are healthylivinghowto.com and lowcarboneday.com and this recipe is basically a hybrid of a few of their Chocolate Cake and Mocha cupcakes recipes. I often end up having to experiment a bit as I try many of their recipes as I don't always have the correct items on hand or I have the time needed to scratch make components.

This is my simplified and less "calorific" version of my Liverpool Nana's fabulous trifle. It keeps well in the fridge for a few days. So, you don't have to eat it all at once.
These were given to me as a get-well gift from a coworker who went to great lengths to bake me something vegan. I think they're fantastic. Credit where credit is due: the recipe is from the vegetarian blog "Eat me, delicious". I'm entering it here "as is" to get the nutrient content breakdown and add it to my recipe box. One of the ingredients will make you go :-O but trust me, you don't taste it. These are moist, rich, super chocolatey and reminiscent of fudge cake. They stand on their own so well that I don't feel they need any kind of icing. They're that good.
A lower sugar cake, great for breakfast, brunch or a snack! Top with vanilla bean frozen yogurt for a decadent dessert~
This pie takes some planning ahead. The apples are sugared and flavored at least 8 hours ahead so that they become limp; that way, more apples will fit into the pie.
This recipe uses pureed fruit instead of oil, egg whites in place of some of the eggs, whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour, and agave and truvia instead of 1-2/3c sugar to help make this recipe healthier.
Very moist and very delicious! Easy to make, can be made with any cake mix. Can be eatten warm or cold; best to store it in the fridge.
I got this recipe from my huge bag of almonds and my family loves them! Bite sized treat.
