This is a modified recipe from allrecipes.com. They came out pretty sweet, but yummy!
I would recommend trying them with half of the Splenda Brown Sugar. Next time I will use Better Than Peanut Butter to reduce the fat and calories. These 2 changes would make each cookie 87 calories and 2.5 grams of fat.
These are super easy and super yummy. I used 1/3 low fat cream cheese and splenda instead of sugar. Almost cut calories in half!! :)
