I have added Caraway Seeds at times. It was good with those added too. Takes about 15 minutes to prepare.
This was a recipe from a FiberOne website. I used only 1 stick of butter (unsalted) instead and my family loved them. They really do have a great taste. I think I like them better than regular Oatmeal raisin cookies.
Mix ingrediients above into one bowl and stir unil surar is absorbed. Pour into ice cream mixer and wait 30 minutes.
