This dish is heavenly, and not a heavy dessert.
I got htis out of a Womans Day magazine.
This is my version of a chocolate zucchini bar. The original version had more eggs and less flour which made it spongier than I like. This is great by itself or topped with a cream cheese frosting.

The nutrition info will be lower. Recipe calls for reduced fat pie crust-I could not find that in tracker so used regular pie crust to enter the recipe.
Also, the yogurt should be the 100 cals, fat free thick&creamy lite key lime yogurt.
Easy to make dessert or even breakfast! It's got carbs, protein and fruit... and kids love it!!
A brownie from scratch that is easy to whip up. For extra chocolatey brownies add chocolate chips to the batter.
Note: I keep these in the refrigerator and enjoy with a cup of hot tea.
This one takes awhile, but is WELL worth the wait. Chicken breasts pan seared golden brown and then baked for 2+ hours in the oven. It's amazing!
