This is my family'e favorite anytime side dish. After all is it mac n cheese. This is not totally low calorie, but you can easily make changes to suit your tastes. If you want it not to be GF/WF just replace the flour and pasta with regular stuff.
Egg whites, low-fat cheese, non-fat sour cream and lean ham make this a delicious alternative to a full-on Denver omelet. Your mouth won't know the difference!

A great substitute for General Tso's if you are craving some Chinese takeout! I have included the white rice in the final nutritional panel. Each person (4) receives a half cup of cooked rice. I also wanted to note that I put in a dash of red pepper flakes (aka hot chili peppers-depending on how hot you like your food) and I also put in 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar. I couldn't get the measurements and actual object together.
As long as you use specifically labeled gluten free oats and baking powder this is gluten free. Also it's important to note that gluten free baking is a finicky thing. Different flour mixes may give you different results. Experiment a bit to find what you like.
I made this up with stuff I had around when I was so hungry that I thought I was about to fall over. Not bad for panic induced cooking.
