This is not diet in any way, shape, or form, but so far exceeds chain or store bought pizza that it's worth it for a treat.
In my household, we have about 5 people to feed a night. Plus, we love to have leftovers for lunch the next day, my meals are large. I originally had this recipe on here, and my family loved it. Since then, i have played with different ideas and have since made it not only healthier, but so much tastier as well.
This soup is a blend of potatoes and Italian sausage in a white vinegar based broth with a kick all flavored from the hot sausage.
I wanted 'Pasta' & my Keto Diet excludes regular pasta. So Kelp noodles were the answer! Now if I can find them in true 'Linguini' shape I'll be in BLISS.
Using very lean hamburger like vennisen can really tame this pizza down in calories a lot.

I adapted this recipe to use staples and a few things I had in my fridge. The original recipe used all fresh. We also added crackers on the side for some crunch.
The recipe calls for regular diced tomatoes, but I have often used low sodium and no salt added tomatoes. I also use fresh herbs if I have them on hand.
With the combination of the tomato, lemon juice, and dressing. Your getting a hint of the taste of italy, in a very nutritional meal. Combine this with 1 3/4 cup carrots and means and you got yourself a scrumptious low calorie meal!
