A Carb friendly lasagna - no pasta could be totally vegatarian just leave out the brats. This was a receipe from my work out book (minus the brats).
So, I adapted a recipe from Better Homes and Garden called Pesto Lasagna Pie. After it was all said and done, I felt a lot of calories were added through the pesto without that much contribution to the flavor profile. So, this is what I thought would be tastier and a lot healthier. Oh yeah, did I mention I didn't think the first lasagna had enough tomato?
Was going to make chicken cacciatore, but only had one can tomato sauce. The other can was vodka sauce, so I thought I would try it. Turned out very yummy!
Wanted something a bit different to make with stew beef. Looked at what I had in my pantry and threw a bunch together.
