This recipe would be a little healthier if you used all turkey and/or low fat mozz.
I used my Ninja for this. I do not know how well a regular blender will emulsify the oil and vinegar.

Love not cooking the noodles first! My family actually prefers this to the way I used to do it!
This freezes well - both before and after cooking. Make a batch in smaller pans for smaller families and freeze the extra!
