Make your own healthier alternative to the sugar laden sauces on the shelves
I don't care too much for spicy foods, but this was really good. Not too spicy, has an amazing flavor and was very moist.
I have to watch the carbs, this is diabetic friendly, gives me additional vegetables and low in fat. The bonus is the shrimp and lowfat milk for proteins. You can substitute diced chicken if you don't want shrimp. I use this as a main dish, however it also works for a side dish.
Marinade and cook in Light Italian dressing and serve as the main course. I use boneless pork chops trimmed of all fat.

I broke this down on a per serving basis, but I usually use one package of thin sliced chicken filets, and 1 or 2 avocados for the guacamole (1 avocado yields 3-4 servings of guacamole for topping the chicken)
I make these at the begining of the week to take as breakfast to work. You could also use bacon, ham or veggies in place of the sausage.
