Ingredients

    1 bag of frozen broccoli (16 oz)
    3 jumbo eggs
    1 cup Miracle Whip
    1 can Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. "Warm" broccoli in a casserole dish in the microwave 'till it is thawed (not hot!). While the broccoli is cooking, mix the other ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the water from the warmed broccoli and mix with the other ingredients. Return all to casserole dish. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. You can add crushed pork rinds for a topping before baking - it will add fat and calories, but no carbs. Makes four good-sized servings.
