Trying to lower the calorie and fat in this wonderful dish, I made it with Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream. The taste is so similar you would not know the difference. Bu the absence fat and calories on the hips will. I also added zucchini as I only had a half of a spaghetti squash. I used a julienne slicer to make it look like the spaghetti. I used the peel and everything and it made a very pleasing dish to look at.

After you shred the chicken and put back in the broth, it just absorbs all the flavors of the garlic and onions and melts in your mouth. The garlic is not strong at all, it has a nice rich nutty taste you will love so eat away, its good for you. I got my garlic at Trader Joe’s and it was already peeled for $1.19, you can’t go wrong.
