This recipe is from atkins.com and it is for the first phase of the diet. I really enjoyed this dish, but I recommend using low-sodium because mine was a little salty. Otherwise it was really yummy.
The flavor of the soup is wonderful and I highly recommend this for those wintery days. I gave this a try since I am on a low carb diet. I hope you enjoy it too.

I love these. They are very versatile. They can be eaten plain, in a melt, as a burger, with a salad. you name it. They a healthy(full of omega 3) flavorful and filling.
Combine chocolate, coconut oil, and almond butter in a Pyrex bowl. Melt in the microwave (about 2 minutes) stirring every 20 seconds or so. Stir in the sugar free syrup and the raw shredded coconut. Pour into candy mold and chill at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.
I can never resist a good quesadilla. This is just so great =-)
