You could make this into patties, but I usually make it like taco meat. Then I use it to stuff fresh spring rolls, or top a salad with it. In spring rolls, use leaf lettuce, chopped fresh basil, mint, and cilantro, and maybe some bean thread noodles. Wrap with the kind of wrappers that you just soak in water for a few seconds to soften. I have a dipping sauce that goes with this in with my other recipes.
