This is a salad that i put together at the beginning of the week and split up into multiple containers for my family to take to lunch during the week. we also change it up by adding diffrent proteins, like cheese, chicken , turkey pepperoni or nuts.
While looking for a lower carb and low fat recipie for breakfast i came up with these.

First, you’ll want to brown one pound of ground beef, or ground turkey if you prefer. You can cook the meat in a separate skillet or the large pot you will need for the soup. Once the meat is brown, drain it and add in two minced garlic cloves and half a cup of onions. Stir those in and then add in your spices–one tablespoon of cumin and one teaspoon of chili powder. Let the spices soak in while you dice up an eight ounce block of cream cheese. Add in the cream cheese and use the back of a wooden spoon to mash it into the meat. You can use a metal or plastic spoon, but the cream cheese will not stick to the wooden spoon as much.

I found the original recipe years ago in a low-carb diet book, but have changed it to suit my tastes.
Trying to watch our fat, sodium and calories. Added a 1/2 cup of sugar-free gelatin ... yum. Oh, and a glass of water.
If you are trying to eat less meat then here is a delicious recipe which uses around 75 gms of meat per serve.
This is basic recipe for my no beans chili. You can add more spice if you like it hotter.
