This is whole wheat bread made from freshly milled flour. Many more vitamins and fiber than store bought.
This is a quick and easy lunch which is equally good on toasted whole wheat bread or on a bed of lettuce.
Adapted from EatingWell magazine. I reduced the amount of mayo (and I'm using the Smartbalance kind here), and replaced it with fiber one cottage cheese. The cottage cheese and mayo are blended in a food processor. No one will ever know.
Great for a Taco Pizza, Yummy tacos or burritos, or as filling for stuffed bel peppers...
