Kohlrabi is a member of the turnip family, and tastes like a mild, sweet turnip. For this dish, only the large bulb is used. The leaves can be used as you would turnip greens for a separate recipe.

These are so delicious you should make a double batch so you can freeze some for later or share with friends. I normally substitute the sugar with splenda for less calories.
From "fix it and forget it lightly". Tastes like cheesy sinfulness, but is actually quite healthy! Easy to make, something the whole family will enjoy!

They are known all over Europe, the French call them Crepe, the Dutch Pannenkoeken and the Austrians and Czech Palatschinken.
They can be sweet or hearty - i add apple slices for my favourites.
Good for Side Dish. Lemon Juice gives a little flavour to the couscous, which can be a little bland otherwise. Feta Cheese would be optional for a little more flavour.

Wow, these turned out better than I thought they would! They satisfy a sweet craving and they are very low in fat.
Versatile stew that you can personalize by changing the veggies.
A Hearty Helping of Homemade Chicken Pot Pie! Just cut it into 6 hearty pieces for your meal, or lower the fat/calories by cutting it into 8! FYI for 8 servings there's 401 calories and 17 grams of fat. I serve this with rice as a side, but that's not in the nutritional info. This recipe is not recommended for those on low sodium diets!
