Since the recipe calls for certain ingredients to be added "to taste" and ingredients have measurements that do not match instructions (i.e., grams vs. tablespoons, etc. ). They are not listed in the nutritional information section of the recipe.
I found this in this months issue of "Fitness" and thought it was to good not to share!
