Something I threw together. Served with pasta and alfredo sauce.

Started with "Impossibly Easy Chesapeake Bay Crab Pie
Submitted by: COLLEENKELLEY" and modified to fit in hatch chiles. Crust way too thick (I added more pancake mix because it seemed really liquid-y), next time I'll just cut the milk down.

Healthy and filling.

Salmon is used in this recipe but any fish fillet may be substituted for the salmon. You can also jazz it up with additional spices such as thyme, dill, and oregano. I serve this with a baked-crusty bread.

You can substitute any fish fillet for the catfish, such as cod, mahi-mahi, grouper, tilapia, etc.
