Tuna salaf

I had a can of salmon and some leftover brown rice, so I came up with this salmon patty creation.

This is nice for a quick health launch or dinner

I saw this recipe on a box and made a few changes to it instead of the green beans you can subsitute it for another green vegetable and even add more than the the recipe calls for.

Tuna steaks marinaded in coconut aminos, lemon juice and garlic.

This recipe originally called for Orange Roughy, but since Orange Roughy is expensive right now, I make with Pollock instead.
