We love Buffalo wings, but with that deep frying, the skin on and all, lets face it... they're not good for people watching what they're eating. But they're so darned tasty, and I find that tasty spicy food is something I crave regularly. I came across some scrumptious Buffalo shrimp at my favorite place to eat in Vegas -- Planet Hollywood's buffet. Their seafood section is just delectable! These little shrimp poppers, if you will, pack a little punch, feeding my craving for tasty and spicy! But again, they're deep fried, so there goes the healthy way out the window. I decided to try these little shrimp poppers at home, but on a healthier level. No deep frying = a very low fat, low calorie, high protein dish. Although the shrimp ring I used say there is 5 servings per ring, hubby and I split it, making 2 servings, and look at those numbers!!! Still low fat, low cal and high protein. You're gonna love this, as Justin Wilson would say, "I gare-on-teeeeee!"
I found this online. It's absolutely delicious. I have no idea if it tastes like lobster. I'm allergic! LOL
This is great when Asparagus & Spinach are in season and you can get a hold of any kind of fish that will let you cut it into 1 inch chunks.
