This dish is a great, filling way to get a lot of protein without a lot of sodium. Adjust the seasonings to your taste (I like a lot of garlic, but you may not!)
A recipe I altered off the back of a tuna creations pouch. Actually pretty tasty!
Be sure not to overmix tuna, as it will break apart and crumble.
It's extremely high in sodium and high in calories, but oh soooo good. I serve this with either French bread for dunking, or in a bread bowl. Those calories are not calculated in the nutrional information.
This is a wonderful way to get that same pan fried and crispy taste without having to soak the fish in heart clogging oils, less smoke and fishy smelling clothes, and with a spicy kick! (Goes great with sweet potatoes/yams!)
