Great make ahead tuna salad for sandwiches, stuffing in peppers or accompanied by cottage cheese or fruit.
Use whatever seasonings you like. I opted for turmeric, ginger, black pepper and cayenne. Given the sodium in the various ingredients, I didn't add salt. I also used GV tuna, the big 6.4oz packet.
