I’ve started with a recipe I found on Spark recipes, exchanged some ingredients, and added a little of the bread crumb topping for texture.
This has a nice tang to it, due to the lemon and the miracle whip light, and makes fish much more appealing for “non-fish eaters” like me. I liked the base reciep over others because the ONE tbsp of butter will not run like the two tbsp recipes do and will brown better. the addition of the bread crumbs helps with the texture.
This uses heavy cream which of course should be lightened up with non-fat half and half.
Water, Wild Rice, Sesame oil, Scallion, Celery, Shrimp, Ground pepper, low sodium soy, eggs, frozen peas and carrots.
I modified this from a recipe I found on here to suit the ingredients I had in the house.
I just threw these together with what I had on hand - I thought they turned out pretty good. Hope you enjoy them as well.
