Quick and easy recipe for canned salmon. This recipe will make 9-10 salmon balls. For dinner, I would eat 3-4 of these salmon balls along with a salad. To lower the salt content, i suggest a low sodium soup.
This is an easy quick tasty spin on tuna. Low in carbs, and fats and high in protein. You can add this to a salad to make an enjoyable lunch or dinner.

This is SO good - I put off trying it for so long because the ingredient list didn't sound great, but it really tastes fabulous! I served it with whole wheat thin spaghetti and sugar snap peas. Next time, I will use rice instead of pasta.
