Nutrition information uses imitation crab (will use real next time). I love crab cakes and these tasted MUCH better than I thought they would! Very yummy, even my son liked them:) They are supposed to be garnished with Honeydew Strawberry Salsa.

It uses fresh cod or haddock, fresh baby carrots, fresh green beans, any kind of onion, white wine, and a low sodium broth as the only "salty" ingredient.
You can substitute any kind of broth, leave out the extra pepper or add more.
