Two ingredient tuna salad, surprisingly delicious and filling!
I used frozen shrimp for budget and tofu shirataki spagetti for sake of health but these are both items with many different options.
I've been cooking this dish since May, 1981. We often ate at Chalet Brandt in Baton Rouge, where we enjoyed Crawfish Cardinale: this is the closest I've come to reproducing it!
Serves six 4-oz servings of salmon. It can be "grilled" inside as well as outside (on a cold wintery day).
