I love Mexican food, especially tacos, buritos, salsas and such. I think this is a good alternative to those canned refried beans tha tare high in fat and sodium that only allow a half cup serving. This makes a generous single serve or can be divided and made into tacos, just add lettuce, tomatoes olives, your favorite toppings and supper is seved.
I made turkey one day but, had no bread to make stuffing. Though I don't stuff my bird to roast, I just couldn't imagine not having any on the side. So I dug out some things from the pantry and this is the result.

instead of heavy whipping cream I found using the cream substitute was just as good and lower in calories and fat
