This puffy, Dutch-style pancake is served piping hot, right from the skillet. We used a 10-inch pan to make ours, but if yours is smaller or larger, adjust the cooking time slightly to accommodate.
Make this the night before and refrigerate. Drink it all throughout the next day.
This is a great homemade granola. Many like to eat it plain, but our favorite is to mix a half cup of granola with a half cup of lowfat plain vanilla yogurt.
Put in Bread maker in order of ingredients.

Olive Oil, Canola Oil, olive oil spray, oysters crackers, lots of red pepper flakes
Sangria (using 2 ounces of sangria and filling glass with ice and no calorie lemon or orange carbonated water)
