A delicious grain salad that I love to bring to potlucks. It looks so festive and can be served warm or cold. The original recipe only calls for 1 cup of dry couscous, but I use a lot more when I'm bringing it to an event.

This is a recipe I found on Kraftfoods and I loved it! Nice change from the regular tossed salad. I added bacon bits too for an extra something.

Light creamy dill cucumbers

Boil noodles, put veggies in food processor. combine all ingredients

Mix jello with 1.5 cups hot water.
Make sure fruit is well drained and add to jello after it has cooled 30 minutes.
Let jello become fully set
Serve

Great over fresh spinach, topped with cranberry (dried) and a dash of almonds
