I bake these in a mini loaf pan that has eight loaves. Then I freeze then individually for future meals. Great with a bowl of Irish stew.

This recipe works well for lactose free cooking you could not add the Parmesan Cheese and it would be completely lactose free. The Parmesan helps with the texture and flavor.
