Mash the avocados in a small bowl. Add the lime juice, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onion and finely chopped garlic. Mix well. Add salt and a few dashes of Tobasco sauce to taste.
It's "no fat" (0.8g/muffin) if you don't add the chocolate chips but not liking bananas much, this is the only way to make them for me!
