Nikki's Garlic and Parmesan Roasted Whole Green Beans
Delicious vegetarian side dish or lunch. Beans stay crisp/tender and broiler adds some crispy, black, charred edges to beans. For an alternative, omit garlic and parmesan and add a drop of soy sauce/teriyaki or stir fry sauce, sesame seeds and a dash of Asian Seasoning.
