Lighter version of box instructions
This is my "lite-prep" version to prepare this box side-dish. The milk is 2% fat and "I can't believe it's not butter-lite" are used to prepare this.
I used 1% milk, 6.3ozs of Shrimp
A slightly healthier way to prepare than as recommended on the box.
Lower in sodium, fat, & cholesterol. Whole wheat addition. Slightly smaller servings.
This is prepared with only 1 tbls of butter instead of 2 and 1% milk
Basic Box plus Chicken breast. Fast and simple. Great dish for single person: Have half for dinner and take leftovers for lunh. Good with any green veggie.
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breat
Recipe calls for 1 lb, but I used 2.
