Perfect quick and easy breakfast for two. We top it with berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), stone fruit (peaches, nectarines, apricots), or canned peaches (depending on the season and availability of fresh fruit) and finish it off with a dusting of powdered sugar and some whipped cream with warm syrup on the side. You can top with peanut butter, jam, or anything you like.
