Slow cooked roast beef with a homemade gravy out of the broth from the roast. Mashed potatoes and green beans as a veggie.

An easy pot roast w/ very little preperation time!
I wanted some pot roast, but I'm trying to cut back on my salt intake, so I used wine for special flavor, and it made a nice difference!
