Excellent! I subbed 1 c of Quinoa flakes, the sugar for 1.5 cups of erythritol and .5 cups of agave syrup... added 1/2 c coconut... and used sunflower butter instead of peanut butter so they can go to school! and 1/4 c of chia seeds (for fiber)... I also accidentally forgot the milk. Still great!
