Cream Cheese Pie Recipes

Note that I got 10 pieces instead of the 8 that the pie crust will have on the label.
Make sure the pudding mixes are instant fat free and sugar free.

This recipe is from "Recipes for a Small Planet," and is a favourite of my family. It is a healthy imitation frozen cheesecake, and is delicious!

Top with fruit of your choice to serve: fresh in-season fruits, your favourite frozen fruit, or make a fruit topping (or use a can of pie filling).

Easy to whip up if you've got the ingredients handy.

Bake 2 pie crust until lightly browned. In mixing bowl add softened 8 oz. cream cheese and mix 1/2 cup of sugar. Fold in 2 cups of whipping cream. Cut up 3 medium size bananas and put into the bottom of 2 cooled pie crusts. Pour cream cheese mixture equally into the 2 pie crusts. On top of the cream cheese mixture put 1 cup of blueberries over the top of both pies. Cool in refrigerator covered with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
