Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Did not look very appetizing, but it tasted fantastic! Used extra lean ground chicken, onion, garlic, mushrooms. Left out olive oil and water. Used 40% less sodium soy sauce and a dash of dried chili pepper flakes. Squash soaked up all the flavours and it's my new favourite spaghetti squash recipe!
