Good. I used regular sugar, too.
I made this for a light Sunday evening dinner. My family enjoyed it and said it didn't taste low cal. I made it with skim milk instead of soy and sugar in place of the Splenda. The sugar didn't dissolve in the egg mixture so next time I'll use honey. Great for French toast cravings! Thanks. :
