DELICIOUS! I made this today, though I used a 10lb spiral ham, an entire can of Guinness, 1 1/2C Brown Sugar & 3/4C of Stone Ground Whole Grain Mustard. I mixed 1/2 the brown sugar with the stout and mustard. I pur remaining sugar on ham then poured over mixture, then basting throughout cook time.
Delicious! Made this for Easter dinner and everyone enjoyed it! Used a boneless half ham. Also substituted splenda brown blend for the brown sugar. Might try it with pork tenderloin next time!
